Terms of Use

Last updated: 23 August 2026. Written as questions and answers. Pending formal legal review.

What am I agreeing to?

That by browsing centralcoastsyntheticturf.pages.dev or sending the quote form, these terms apply between you and Kerbside Websites (ABN 78 654 691 111), which operates the site under the name Central Coast Turf Quotes. If you would rather not be bound by them, do not use the site.

What does this site actually do?

It publishes information about artificial turf on the Central Coast, and it passes an enquiry to one vetted installer covering your suburb. It is not an installation business, it holds no trade licence, and it supplies no turf. It is also not a marketplace or a comparison panel, so no queue of contractors receives your number.

What does it cost me, and am I committed to anything?

Nothing, and no. The enquiry is free and there is no obligation to proceed at any stage, including after the installer has been out and quoted.

Is the price on this site my price?

No. Cost ranges and calculator results are indicative planning estimates built from published Australian supplier and industry data as at the date shown. They are not offers, not quotes, and nothing on this site can be accepted as one. The number that counts comes from an installer who has walked the yard, because preparation cost varies enormously here between a sand block on the peninsula and a reactive clay slope inland, and no website can guess which one you have.

Is the local information here advice?

No. Water Wise Rules, council positions, soil landscape descriptions and product information are general information, quoted and dated. They are not professional, trade, legal or financial advice, they can change after we publish them, and anything you are about to spend money on should be checked with the council, the utility or a qualified person responsible for it.

Who am I dealing with once the installer calls?

That installer, and only that installer. They are an independent business, not our employee, contractor or representative. Any agreement about the work is between you and them and we are not part of it. We make reasonable checks before referring an installer, including that they operate lawfully and hold appropriate insurance, which is screening rather than a warranty. We do not guarantee workmanship, conduct, scheduling or price, and a dispute about the job is a dispute with the installer.

What are you responsible for, then?

Publishing carefully, and introducing you to one installer. As far as the law allows, neither Central Coast Turf Quotes nor Kerbside Websites accepts liability for loss or damage arising from your use of this site, from reliance on what is published here, or from your dealings with a referred installer. Rights and guarantees given to consumers by the Australian Consumer Law cannot be excluded and are not excluded by this page. Where they apply, our liability is limited only to the extent the law allows.

Who owns what is written here?

Kerbside Websites owns the text, the design, the compiled data and the calculator, except where another owner is credited. Government and council material quoted on this site stays with its publisher and is attributed at the point of use. Permission is needed to reproduce our part of it.

Can these terms change, and which law applies?

They can, and the date at the top records the current version; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. The governing law is that of New South Wales, because Kerbside Websites is based there and contracts from there. Nothing in that choice removes consumer protections you have under Australian law.

How do I raise something?

Through the quote form, addressed to Kerbside Websites (ABN 78 654 691 111). It is the only contact channel this site operates, there is no phone number anywhere on it, and it is perfectly fine to use the form for a question rather than a quote. The Privacy Policy covers what happens to your details.
